Crocheted Slipper Pattern with Dorset Button InstructionsThese slippers are crocheted using Aran weight yarn (I've used Beaker Button Bountiful Aran in the example). This pattern is crocheted flat and is joined at the toe with double crochet.
It would be suitable for someone with a small amount of crochet experience.
Tension: 10cm x 10cm square = 12 dc x 16 rows, size 5mm crochet hook or appropriate size to achieve the correct tension, Beaker Button Bountiful Aran 100g, 160m (x 2 for the large size). 4 Dorset buttons 2.6cm. I used a contrasting thread for my buttons. You will need 4 brass rings 2.6cm across and 10m of 4ply. You will also need a blunt needle.
Sizes: small is about 20cm long, medium is about 22cm long and large is about 24cm long.
