Shipping

Shipping is free for orders over £50.00.
Orders of less than £10.00 are charged at £2.00 flat rate. Orders between £10.00 and £49.99 are charged at £4.00 flat rate.
Please be aware that we recycle packaging materials where possible. If you would rather have new packaging then do contact us.

Refunds

Refunds will be accepted if they are returned in like condition within 14 days of receipt. If you need to return an item please contacts us.
If you have complete yarn balls or hanks left over at the end of a project we will be happy to swap them for something else as long as the yarn is in new condition. Contact us or drop into the shop.
